About the event

Self-compassion is the ability to direct empathy, love, and concern towards oneself, especially during times of difficulty. This workshop introduces the core concepts of self-compassion, exploring what it means to be kind to yourself. We will discuss common barriers that get in the way of self-compassion and provide practical strategies and tools you can use to begin cultivating this essential skill in your own life.

This workshop provides an introduction to the concept and practice of self-compassion. It is an educational session that includes an opportunity for questions at the end.

This workshop is for adults (18+) who would like to learn more about health and wellness.
