Family doctors serve as primary care specialists for your family, focusing on preventive and continuous care. Our primary care family doctors take pride in attending to individuals of all ages and requirements, from newborns to the elderly. Our team is dedicated to maintaining your health and adeptly handling acute health concerns.



Who is this for?


These services are for all patients who are officially rostered with a physician at Queen Square Doctors and the Community Physician Partners of Queen Square Family Health Team.



How do patients access this service?


Once you are a rostered patient, you can schedule appointments directly with your family physician through the online booking portal or by calling the clinic.



What can patients expect?


You can expect a collaborative relationship with your family doctor, focused on your long-term health. Visits are confidential and tailored to your specific needs, whether it's for a routine check-up, a new health concern, or ongoing management of a chronic condition.

Our primary care services cover a wide range of health needs, including but not limited to:


  • Annual physicals and wellness checks

  • Immunizations for children and adults

  • Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses
