About the event

AFFIRM is an 8-week, evidence-based support group for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals aged 16 to 29. This program, facilitated by a trained Mental Health Therapist, uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles in a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment. Over the course of eight weekly sessions, you will develop practical coping skills, strengthen your mental and sexual health, and build resilience. It's a space to connect with peers and celebrate your identity. No prior therapy experience is needed.
