Queen Square Patient Voices (QSPV) is our advisory council for patients and their families. We are currently seeking eligible patients or family members associated with Queen Square to join us. If you are interested in becoming a member, please fill out the application form below. A staff member will reach out to confirm your eligibility and interest before you officially join the QSPV.
Our commitment to engaging patients and families drives the establishment of Queen Square Patient Voices (QSPV), which will be our patient and family advisory council.
