About the event

This page hosts our series of educational workshops based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. These standalone, 90-minute virtual sessions are designed to help you develop practical skills for managing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Each workshop focuses on a specific topic, from overcoming cognitive distortions to practicing self-compassion. You can choose to attend any session that is of interest to you. What is this workshop about?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps people understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. These workshops are designed to introduce you to practical, standalone CBT skills you can apply in your daily life.


Who is this workshop for?

This workshop series is for adults (18+) who would like to learn more about skills for health and wellness. No physician referral is required to attend these standalone sessions.
