Breastfeeding challenges related to maternal or infant issues

Other maternal and child health needs identified by your healthcare provider
How do patients access this program?
To access this program, you must first speak with your family doctor for more information and to receive a referral. Once you are enrolled in the program, some services (like breastfeeding support or follow-ups) may be booked through a nursing appointment.
