Our Maternal and Child Health Program is designed to support you and your child through every milestone of early parenthood. We provide expert guidance, comprehensive care, and personalized resources to help you navigate pregnancy, childbirth, and early childhood with confidence. From breastfeeding support and nutrition counseling to postpartum mental health services, our goal is to help your family build a strong foundation for lifelong health and wellness.

What is this program about?


Our Maternal and Child Health Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of mothers, infants, and children through compassionate, comprehensive care. We provide families with the support they need during pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood to ensure healthy outcomes for both parent and child.




Who is this for?


This program is designed for families experiencing a range of maternal and infant health needs, including:


  • Breastfeeding challenges related to maternal or infant issues

  • Postpartum mental health concerns

  • Guidance on introducing solid foods

  • Infant sleep support (for children up to age 3)

  • Other maternal and child health needs identified by your healthcare provider




How do patients access this program?


To access this program, you must first speak with your family doctor for more information and to receive a referral. Once you are enrolled in the program, some services (like breastfeeding support or follow-ups) may be booked through a nursing appointment.

Our program provides a variety of services to build a strong foundation for your family's health:


  • Breastfeeding Support

We assist families with prenatal education and hands-on support to overcome feeding challenges.


  • Postpartum Mental Health Services

We connect parents with essential mental health resources and support during the critical postpartum period.


  • Nutrition Counseling

Our experts offer personalized nutrition guidance for expecting and new mothers to support both maternal health and infant development.


  • Health Education

We empower families with knowledge through workshops and resources on pregnancy, newborn care, and child development.
