For the Civic Holiday on Monday, August 3, our two offices will be operating on different hours:

  • Doctor's Clinic: Open 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Family Health Team: Closed all day

Regular hours resume Tuesday, August 4. For urgent medical concerns while we're closed, please call Health Connect Ontario at 811, or visit your nearest emergency department.

Queen Square Family Health Team operates on the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. We acknowledge the territory of the Anishinabek, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Ojibway/Chippewa peoples; the land that is home to the Métis and, most recently, the territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation who are direct descendants of the Mississaugas of the Credit.
