About the event

Low self-esteem often comes from holding a negative opinion of oneself. This workshop is designed to help you unpack the core beliefs that can lead to self-judgment and negative self-evaluation. We will explore what self-esteem is, how it develops, and provide practical strategies you can use to begin practicing self-acceptance. Our goal is to equip you with the tools to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and build a more positive and compassionate relationship with yourself.
