Self-compassion is the ability to direct empathy, love, and concern towards oneself, especially during times of difficulty. This workshop introduces the core concepts of self-compassion, exploring what it means to be kind to yourself. We will discuss common barriers that get in the way of self-compassion and provide practical strategies and tools you can use to begin cultivating this essential skill in your own life.
