About the event
This educational workshop offers guidance on the basics of healthy eating and lifestyle changes to help reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Led by a Registered Dietitian with a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification, this session will empower you to set meaningful health goals. You will learn how to make sustainable dietary changes, increase your physical activity levels, and understand how stress can affect your health. A physician referral is required to attend this workshop.
