About the event

This educational workshop offers guidance on the basics of healthy eating and lifestyle changes to help reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Led by a Registered Dietitian with a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification, this session will empower you to set meaningful health goals. You will learn how to make sustainable dietary changes, increase your physical activity levels, and understand how stress can affect your health. A physician referral is required to attend this workshop.


What is this workshop about?

This workshop provides education on the fundamental principles of healthy living to help prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes. It is led by a Registered Dietitian who is also a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and focuses on making small, consistent changes that can lead to significant long-term health benefits.
