About the event

Experiencing chronic pain can have a large impact on our daily activities, relationships, and quality of life. This workshop, facilitated by a Queen Square Registered Pharmacist and Occupational Therapist,  is designed to provide education and practical tools to help you understand how chronic pain affects your brain and body. This workshop provides tools and strategies to help you manage pain, create an action plan, and improve your daily function and quality of life. This workshop is for adults (18+) living with chronic non-cancer-related pain lasting more than 3-6 months.
