About the event

This workshop introduces the practice of mindfulness and its benefits for mental wellbeing. You will learn how mindfulness can increase your ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress and anxiety, and help you focus your attention. The session covers techniques for observing your thoughts and feelings without judgment. As you become more present, you can make better decisions, manage emotions more effectively, and feel more fully engaged in life.


What is this workshop about?
This workshop is an educational introduction to mindfulness practices, facilitated by a Mental Health Therapist. It is designed to be interactive, with the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each session.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for adults (18+) who would like to learn more about health and wellness.
