About the event

Grief is the acute emotional pain we feel in response to a loss. This workshop explores the grieving journey, focusing on coping with the loss of a loved one at any stage. We will discuss what to expect when grieving, the stages of grief, common myths, and practical coping strategies. The session also covers how to recognize when it might be time to seek additional support. This is a safe space to learn about the physical, emotional, and behavioral impacts of grief.

This workshop explores the various aspects of the grieving journey after the loss of a loved one. We provide education on the impacts of grief—physically, emotionally, and behaviorally—and offer tools to help you navigate your experience. This is an educational session with the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
