This hands-on, in-person session focuses on how to cook delicious and nutritious meals using plant-based proteins like beans, lentils, and tofu. Our Registered Dietitians will guide you through simple recipes and share tips on how to get enough protein without meat. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just curious about incorporating more plants into your diet, you'll leave with new skills and confidence in the kitchen.
