About the event

This workshop provides a brief introduction to Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), a treatment designed to help manage distressing or uncomfortable feelings. Led by a Mental Health Therapist, you will learn about the core principles of DBT and be introduced to some foundational skills that can help with emotional regulation. This session is educational and intended for those who want to learn more about what DBT is and how its skills can be applied.


Please note: this is an introductory workshop, not the full intensive DBT program.
