In our Coping with Stress workshop, you will learn to identify stressors and develop practical, healthy coping strategies to improve your overall mental wellbeing. This educational session is designed to provide you with a toolkit of techniques to manage life's challenges more effectively. Led by our mental health team, you'll explore different approaches to stress management in a supportive group setting, with an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.


What is this workshop about?

This workshop helps you develop practical and healthy coping strategies to better manage stress and improve your overall mental wellbeing. It is an educational session with the opportunity to ask questions at the end. Clients can choose to attend a single workshop or multiple topics depending on each client’s individual preferences.

This workshop is for adults (18+) who would like to learn more about health and wellness.
