This virtual workshop is designed to help you understand and manage your cholesterol levels through positive lifestyle changes. Led by a Registered Pharmacist, the session provides clear guidance on nutrition, including which foods can improve cholesterol and which to limit. You will also learn the basics of a healthy diet and receive education on cholesterol medications. This is an engaging discussion with an opportunity to get your questions answered by an expert in a supportive setting.
