You will learn about different communication styles and the importance of establishing and maintaining healthy emotional boundaries. This session provides practical tools to help you improve communication and foster safe, positive, and supportive relationships in all areas of your life.

Healthy relationships play an integral role in our physical and emotional happiness. This workshop provides tools to improve our communication and have a safe, positive, and healthy relationship experience. It is an educational session with the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
