This workshop, part of our Brain Health Series and led by an Occupational Therapist, focuses on building practical skills for planning and organization. If you often feel overwhelmed by your to-do list, this session is for you. We'll explore evidence-based techniques for effective time management, how to prioritize tasks without the stress, and ways to create simple organizational systems that stick. This session is designed to help you clear mental clutter and take back control of your schedule.
