About the event

Procrastination is a complex cycle of avoidance that can impact our goals and mental well-being. This session, part of our Brain Health Series and led by an Occupational Therapist, explores the common reasons why we procrastinate. We will introduce practical cognitive and behavioral strategies related to executive function, attention, and planning to help you break the cycle, build momentum on tasks, and approach your to-do list with more confidence.


What is this workshop about?

This workshop, led by an Occupational Therapist, provides an educational look into the habit of procrastination. We will discuss the common emotional and behavioral patterns that lead to putting things off and introduce practical strategies to overcome them.


Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is open to any adult (18+) in the community interested in improving their executive functioning skills, managing their time more effectively, and developing a more productive mindset
