Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps people understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. These workshops are designed to introduce you to practical, standalone CBT skills you can apply in your daily life.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop series is for adults (18+) who would like to learn more about skills for health and wellness. No physician referral is required to attend these standalone sessions.
