    A series of standalone workshops on topics from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), including managing cognitive distortions, self-compassion, and behavioural activation. Open to the community members how have previously participated in our Anxiety & Depression group.

    Seniors Social Club – Caring for Caregivers

    A free monthly gathering for adults 60+, facilitated by our Occupational Therapists. Each session features a guest speaker and fun, interactive activities. Caregivers and friends are welcome!
