About Us

Queen Square provides accessible, equitable, patient-centred primary care to its local community and is a founding member of the Central West Ontario Health Team. It comprises of Queen Square Doctors and Queen Square Family Health Team - a talented, interdisciplinary group that works collaboratively to serve and provide a wide range of programs and services to over 35,000 patients. Our Services

Queen Square Doctors provide services such as general primary care, prevention and wellness support, immunizations​, pre and post natal support, in office procedures, botox therapies, circumcisions, and more

Queen Square Family Health Team facilitates additional programs such as

seniors wellness support, maternal and child health, chiropody, occupational therapy, diabetes management, mental health, palliative care, and many more​

Our Queen Square Facility also allows access to bloodwork laboratories, ECG testing, and spirometry services for our patients​
