About the event

Did you know that 1 in 10 Canadians has kidney disease? People with diabetes, heart conditions, and high blood pressure are at an increased risk. The goal of this workshop is to empower you with knowledge of kidney disease and its risk factors, prevention, and management. This session is led by a team of our healthcare providers, including a nurse practitioner, pharmacist, and dietitian.


What is this workshop about?

This workshop is designed to help you learn more about your kidneys and how to keep them healthy. It provides essential information and resources to guide and support you on your kidney health journey.


Who is this for?

This workshop is for adults (18+) who have or are at risk for kidney disease. It is also for care partners or anyone interested in learning more about kidney health. Caregivers are welcome to attend.
